    Living at Swan Lake has been really nice overall. Love the greenery and being close to the lake, people are friendly, and it’s just kind of got that cozy neighborhood energy. Super convenient with shops and restaurants around Markham Rd & 16th Ave (everything you need pretty much within reach). Some parts of the property could use a little sprucing up. All in all, it's a pretty great place.
