    The Monde Condos are among the top condos in the Waterfront area. Their east and West exposures are great, but they will be obstructed by more development planned in the area. Their south-facing units are unobstructed and face directly on the water. The highlight of the building is its amenities, which include a gym with a view of the city's skyline and an infinity pool. All units in the building have balconies, and units south-facing on floors 11-13 and 40-44 have terraces.
