    Sixty Colborne by Freed Developments was completed in 2018 and has 255 units across 25 storeys. This condo location appeals to most residents, with St. Lawrence Market, the Financial District, the Waterfront, and transit only steps away. Some pros about this building: - The building's architecture is visually pleasing and fits in with the colour of the surrounding buildings - Units have good noise insulation - Quality built-in appliances and full floor-to-ceiling windows in each unit - Great amenities include a raised glass outdoor pool, a gym, a party room, an outdoor terrace with BBQ, a 24-hour concierge, and visitor parking - Views can be hit and miss depending on the floor height, but my favourite views in the building are the North-East facing units and South facing units on the higher floors - I find elevators to be pretty efficient in this building Some factors to consider: - I've heard, from residents in the building, that the outdoor pool is always closed due to some legal problems between the building and the developer over the amenities - Maintenance fees are on the higher side for a condo of its age at $1.05 PSF compared to the neighbourhood average of $0.93 PSF - A personal turn-off for me is the small kitchen sinks

    Excellent location near streetcars, subway, and PATH—perfect for winter. My south-facing unit is quiet, even with windows open. Security staff are super friendly and helpful. Love living here!
